I’ve read that for some health conditions I have it would help if I started an organic diet. I know Whole Foods has organic food, but I’m not sure how to start this.
Do you do it gradually?
Are there organic versions of all kinds of foods?
Is it really easier on your liver?
Do you have to cook everything from scratch?
Are there any organic food restaurants in Chicago?
Has anyone switched over and have advice for a newbie?

I’ve reached my weight loss goal and i wanna maintain my weight now. I currently weigh 95 lbs at 5′1. I do 60minutes of cardio 5 times a week and 2-3 times of strength training a week. I do yoga too! I used to take in 1200-1400 calories when i was dieting. Should i increase my calorie intake if i wanna maintain my weight now? Should i reduce, maintain or increase my workout routine? Help please, thank you!

Hi,
What does a person need to include in his diet. Is a high carbohydrate diet along with a high protein diet necessary. And why do these need to be included in a diet.

Financially I am not able to join a gym, or any of the diet plans like Jenny Craig or Weight Watchers. I am slowly losing weight by speed walking and cutting back on my food intake. I was wondering if there were any good specific exercises I could do. I set small goals so I don’t get discouraged and rarely set a time frame, however I am in a wedding at the end of Nov and I’d like to look my best. Any suggestions?
